Our mission at Creativity School is to provide affordable LIVE classes for ALL kids.

The heart of Creativity School is for children to gain art skills, personal growth, and a creativity community where they feel they belong.

Your child will not receive academic classes at Creativity School. Your child will also not get mandatory homework. Homework is completely optional with rewards as incentives.

For the annual subscription, your child will be able to attend all 4 terms with 6 weeks of classes each term. Your child will also be a part of our Bonus and Pop-Up classes that we conduct in-between terms.

Yes, you can start at any terms or between terms. The term you enroll your child in will be the start of your annual (and renewable) subscription.

We have classes that are catered to children as young as 5, all the way up to highschoolers.

Yes! You can now choose between a term pass, an annual subscription, or a monthly subscription. Please see our sales page for details on current prices.

The foundation skills of the classess will be the same as the Summer Camp. However, we will offer brand new classes for your child with new lessons. Also, there will be a workshop session which allows more interaction and feedback from instructors to students. It will be different from their experiences in Summer Camp.

We make sure that all of our instructors are award-winning artists, illustrators, and authors so that your child will learn from the experts. Arree himself screens the instructors to ensure that your child gets only the best.

Definitely! If you have their email address you can use it to register them when you purchase the class. You can also buy the class using your own email address, and then we will change the email on our end once you are ready to transfer the class.

For the safety and privacy of the children in our group, we ask that adults find other sources of learning creative skills.

If you choose the annual membership, we'll send you a reminder email a week before your subscription ends. For monthly subscriptions, it will be renewed automatically on your renewal date, which is the day of the month you originally registered and paid for your membership. So for example, if you registered and paid for your first month on the 5th of the month, that is now your renewal date going forward.

Your renewal date is the day you registered and paid for your membership. We will debit on that same date every time.

We don't have strict prerequisites, but we do want to give your child the best chance at success. It will make more sense for them to develop their skills by starting with the beginning courses. However, if they have attended our previous camps, they can explore more of the advanced sessions.

Each Live Course will meet twice a week, for 1 Lesson and 1 Workshop. We offer three different course schedules: Tues/Thurs and Wed/Fri. On those days, you will be able to choose one of the time slots available: 1 pm PST, 3 pm PST, or 5 pm PST. And, of course, you will have full access to all of the class replays!

Each class is one hour long, and usually consists of 45 minutes of instruction time and 15 minutes for Q&A.

Depending on the course, class sessions during Term 2 will be held at 1pm PDT, 3 pm PDT or 5 pm PDT. You can choose your preferred time when you register for your chosen course. If you live in a different timezone, make sure you factor in the time difference when making your plans. We roughly organize our classes by age group, but that is just a reference. Parents know their kids' abilities the best! If you believe your 6-year -old child is ready for an advanced class, then by all means, go for it!

You will be able to attend our Free Week of classes to give your child a preview of the classes we'll be conducting for Term 2. This way you can decide which classes your child may be interested in.

When you pay for one Live Course, you'll be able to access the class session through ONE device. If your children would like to share ONE device while attending the class, that would still count as one live course. It's fun for us to see siblings sharing a device and creating art together! If you have two children who would like to attend the same course using different devices, you can buy a 2nd Live Course for a steeply discounted price.

First login to your Thinkific account. On your dashboard, choose your course folder. Inside the course, on the left side of the screen, choose the appropriate week, and look for the lesson titled: Submit your homework here. It should redirect you to a dropbox folder for that specific course. Upload your homework. Don't forget to rename the file with your child's name. Then click “submit.”

To be eligible to win the homework challenge, homework should be posted in our Facebook group and/or on Instagram. In the Facebook group, you don't need to tag anyone.

Homework is not mandatory, but it will be good to encourage kids to do their homework as this will further enhance their skills. Assessments and grades won't be given. Rather than grades, we'd like for them to build on their confidence, perserverance and creativity.

Your child will earn a badge for each course they complete, as long as they complete all the homework assigned during the term.

You can always watch the replay if you can't attend the class live. They are always available the same day.

A monthly subscription is part of our annual plan. 

For the Annual Plan, you have the option of paying monthly ($32) or one time ($225). It's cheaper to pay straight away, but it'll be more flexible to pay monthly. The annual pass includes 1 LIVE seat for each term (4 terms per year) and all replays offered during the season.

We offer term,  monthly, and annual subscription passes which will allow you to choose your preferred course at an affordable price.

Yes! Your payment invoice will be automatically generated and sent to you once we debit your payment. You should receive it in your email.

Our classes are so affordable because we're already offering a group discount! Smaller classes would cost 7-10 times as much and would not be in line with our mission.

Our pricing is already affordable to ensure that everyone can attend our classes. For an even greater value, you can purchase a 2 live courses pass for your children so they will be able to attend 2 different live classes per term.

Our term pass will be the perfect option for you if you want to attend a specific term. 

We have done our best to provide classes at a rate that is affordable for most families. We understand that during these times, it is still not in everyone's price range. This is one of the reasons we offer a free week every month. Unfortunatley, we are not able to reduce prices or offer other financial assistance.

Yes, each class size is limited, and some classes will be popular. For example, the collage and painting classes are very popular and will fill up quickly. To get the class and time slot you want, register now rather than waiting. We'll email you a form to choose your class, and it will be first-come, first-served. So it's good to register early. 

Since our mission is to provide affordable LIVE classes for ALL children, we keep our costs down by allowing larger class sizes.

Yes, all participants will be in the same Zoom room (embedded in your Thinkific platform) with the instructor. This gives them an opportunity to raise their hand and have a chance to be called on. However, due to the size of our classes, we cannot guarantee that they will be called on. In fact, the chances are small. So, we want to set the proper expectations. Why do we do it this way? We want to make high-quality art lessons available to all, so we are making it really affordable. A smaller class size would cost hundreds of dollars and would not be accessible to all kids.

At the moment, we only have the Facebook private group to share your child's homework.

Yes, all replays will be available by 9pm PT after the live session. The recordings will be uploaded in your Thinkific Platform.

Yes, replays will be available on your Thinkific platform. If you want to watch the Lesson Replay (Day 1), you can watch it on the Replay Course. If you wish to watch the Workshop replay (Day 2), you can watch it by choosing your desired course folder. Note: Only Lesson (Day 1) replays will be made available for courses you're not enrolled in and for Replay Access Only subscribers.

You can cancel or make changes to enrollment within 7 days of purchase or 7 days after the first class, whichever is later. If you are requesting a refund, please fill out this Refund Request Form and someone from our support team will be in touch with you regarding your request. Please allow 7 days for your request to be processed. NOTE: This policy applies to Annual Subscription. Monthly subscription maybe cancelled before the billing date but no refund will be processed.

If you cancel and then re-enroll, you will be considered a new member. You would only be able to access your current enrolled live courses and the course replays for the current term. Previous live courses you attended won't show up in your dashbpard anymore.

If you are downgrading or canceling a Lifetime Pass registration, you will have 14 days from purchase or the start of class, whichever is later, to submit a request. Course changes still must be requested within 7 days of purchase or the start of class, whichever is later. Submit requests to support@arree.com

Doing a reverse charge with your bank may be an option but it will take a long time for them to validate and approve your request. We are to listen and offer you support, so if anything is not working, please let us know by sending an email to support@arree.com. You can also fill out this Refund Request Form  and we will be in touch with you.

You can cancel within 7 days of making a payment or 7 days after the class starts, whichever is later. If it's within that period, we'll refund the amount in full.

Yes, you can transfer the live access to anyone you wish; however, Creativity School will not be refunding any of the payments you have made. Just email us at support@arree.com so we can update the email username and password to the new owner.

The classes are in Zoom but you need to access it through your Thinkific platform. To make your experience better, you just need to log in to your Thinkific account and join your class from there. Zoom links are embedded in Thinkific so we won't send links via email anymore.

Just log in to arree.com/login, select the class you will be attending and click on “JOIN this class”. You should be directed to your live class.

Your zoom links are already embedded in your Thinkific platform so you just need to log in to your account ad click the class you want to attend. You should be able to see “Click here to join the Class”.

You can consider the following to troubleshoot this issue: 

  1. Your internet connection may be at fault. Please try resetting your connection and then logging back in to the session. 
  2. You may need to close apps that you are not currently using to allow more bandwidth for the video call. 
  3. Make sure your Zoom app is up to date, especially if you're connecting from a mobile device or tablet. 
  4. Try connecting to the class on a different device. 
  5. If you have tried all of these steps and are still having issues, please reach out to Zoom support as this is a Zoom app issue. Here is a link to their FAQ's: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/206175806 

NOTE: If you are having troubles with Zoom, please remember we will also be livestreaming on Facebook and Youtube, so you can join our group there.

You do not need a meeting ID or password.

If you can't remember your username and password in your Thinkific account, you can try these steps: 

  1. Search your email and type in Thinkific. You should be able to see the confirmation email we sent during your account creation. Don't forget to check your spam/ promotions/social/junk folders.
  2. The username is usually the email you were using when you made the payment. Try that and hit the “forgot your password” link in Thinkific.
  3. If this doesn't work, email support@arree.com to reset your password.
